[背景 ]病毒性脑膜炎合并蛛网膜下腔出血的病例罕见 ,临床上容易忽略合并蛛网膜下腔出血的可能性 .[病例报告 ]病人入院时诊断为化脓性脑膜炎 ,尸检后确诊为病毒性脑膜炎合并蛛网膜下腔出血 .[讨论 ]临床表现为化脓性脑膜炎的病例如无尸检结果很难考虑到病毒性脑膜炎 。

BACKGROUND?Viral meningitis complicated with subarachnoid hemorrhage is one of rare cases that may be only diagnosed as viral meningitis in clinic.?CASE REPORT?It was only diagnosed as bacteria meningitis at first, but it was made a definite diagnosis as viral meningitis complicated with subarachnoid hemorrhage at autopsy.?DISCUSSION?If there has no autopsy report, patients manifested the symptoms of bacteriald therefore it should be considered the possibility that the meningitis may be complicated with subarachnoid hemorrhage.
