BACKGROUND?To study the prevention and treatment of choleperitoneum caused by plucking the T tube.?CASE REPORT?5 cases of choleperitoneum caused by plucking the T tube were treated by operation. It was found in the operation that 3 patient's sinus tracts around the T tubes had deformed, 1 case had been dehisced in the place of the sinus tract around the T tube and the incision of anterior wall of the choledochus adhered and 1 case had been ruptured in the place of sinus tract around the T tube and parietal peritoneum adhered.?DISCUSSION?The choleperitoneum caused by plucking the T tube is mainly caused by deforming the sinus tract around the T tube.
