维生素AD滴剂对着床期小鼠的致畸作用

Teratogenicity of imbedding mice with Vitamin AD guttate

目的 观察在着床期给予维生素 AD滴剂对小鼠的致畸作用。方法 将查到阴栓的小鼠于受孕 d3、 d4、d5分别一次性给予维生素 AD滴剂 3.3m L· kg-1。于受孕 d18处死动物 ,进行检查。结果 与正常对照组比较 ,3个试验组胎仔的外观、骨骼、内脏均有畸形。结论 在着床期维生素 AD滴剂 (3.3m L· kg-1)

Objective The teratogenicity of Vitamin AD guttate was investigated on the mice. Method The guttate Vitamin AD(3 3 mg·kg -1 body weight) was given to the copulatory mice on d3, d4 and d5 respectively after the day when observed the spermatic embolus in the vagina, and the mice were killed on the d18. Results Compared with normal control, three experimental groups all had malformation in the embryo appearance, skeleton and organ. Conclusion The teratogenicity due to the Vitamin AD guttate(3 3 mg·kg -1 body weight) was observed during the imbedding phase.
