The software development method geared to the users can satisfy the requirement of the users′ needing the more complicated information management system function. This paper presents the initial analysis and design method of computer course test questions base software greared to the users, which can serve as a new reference to the building of a high quality CAI course software, esp, the development of a more difficult course test software.
