采用电流控制策略的新型电火花加工电源研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对当前电火花加工 (EDM)脉冲电源存在的诸多缺点 ,提出了一种新型的电流型控制方案 ,并研制了原理样机。详细介绍了此电源电路结构和工作原理 ,阐述了其中的电流控制思想 ,对电路负载的突然开路和短路情况进行了仿真 ,并对实验结果和仿真结果进行了分析。 To resolve the disadvantages of electrical discharge machining pulse power supply currently used, a new style current model electrical discharge machining pulse power supply has been introduced in this paper. This paper detailedly proposes the basic structure and principle of the main circuit and control system. The idea of current control has been introduced and two circuits which load is suddenly open and short are simulated. The experiment and simulation results are analyzed.
