摘要
传统交错并联双管正激组合变换器应用于高电压输出场合时存在变换器次级电压偏高、高频整流二极管电压应力大的问题。通常要用多个高频二极管串联以解决耐压问题 ,但均压设计较困难。提出了一种新型的并 串型双管正激组合变换器 ,将器件的串联变为电路的串联 ,能够实现高频二极管的动态均压 ,适合高输出电压、大功率的应用场合。
The traditional interleaved two transistor forward converter exists high voltage stress of freewheeling diode when applied in high output voltage condition.So it is usually needed to connect several diodes in series to endure high voltage stress,but design of balancing voltage of these diodes is difficult.A novel parallel series combined two transistor forward converter which adopts series of circuits instead of series of devices is proposed, and the dynamic balancing voltage of rectifiers can be realized.This circuit is more suitable for high output voltage,high power condition.
