200MW汽轮机轴承振动及超温的非检修治理方法

摘要 针对某200MW机组大修及加大转子轴颈直径后低压汽轮机轴承出现的振动及超温问题,通过降低转子激振力和调整机组运行工况,抑制了摩擦振动。基于轴承润滑油量实测及润滑理论分析,采取在轴承上瓦开周向槽的措施,解决了轴承超温问题。这些非检修方法避免了机组长时间停机检修损失。 In allusion to a200MW steam turbine in which vibration and overtemperature problems of low pressure turbine bearings occurred after its overhaul and increment of the bearing collar diameter,the rubbing vibration was controlled by means of cutting the rotor excition force and abjusting the operation con dition.Based on the results of lube flow testing and lu brication theory analysis of the bearings,a project to process a circumferential notch in every upper bearing problem of the bearing overtemperature has been solved.These non-repair approaches can manage to escape enor mous ex pense from long-term maintenance outage.
