摘要
选用Daubechies小波作为小波基 ,对异步电动机鼠笼转子故障电流信号进行多尺度分析 ,将小波变换后取得的变换系数进行单支重构 ,取得了各频率分支上的时间信号。从高频分支上能够清楚辨识出异步电动机鼠笼转子故障时所不同于正常情况下的电流特性 ,实现了异步电动机鼠笼转子故障的小波诊断。
In this paper the fault of rotor broken bars in three phases squirrel cage induction motors is diagnosed by using the wavelet multiresolution analysis Daubechies wavelet is selected as the mother function,and the wavelet coefficient is obtained with wavelet transform for the fault current signal of the induction motor Then the wavelet reconstruction of single branch is processed,which is the time signal in each frequency branch The rotor fault of the induction motor is identified from the time current characteristics in the high frequency branch
