摘要
文章讨论了高压开关柜的质量存在问题,提出主要发生在绝缘、导电与机械操作等方面造成运行事故,同时也提出防范措施,如确保元件质量均应在型式试验,出厂试验合格的基础上选用。也对开关柜的选型、绝缘水平、导电回路及监测、操作可靠性、开关柜智能化及高压开关柜型式试验等方面提出了看法和建议。
The article deals with some quality problems of HV switchgear cabinet, with major operation troubles taking place in insulation, electric conductivity, and machine operating etc. as well as their protective measures, such as for the purpose of components quality, they should be seleted based on type test, and routine test. Also, the article offers comments and proposals for the selection of switchgear cabinet, insulation levels, electric conductivity circuit and monitoring, operation reliability, intellectualization of switchgear cabinet, and type test of HV switchgear cabinet etc.
