摘要
通过杂交试验进行遗传分析表明 :起源于我国浙江省余杭县的地方蚕品种—柘蚕 (杭 )的低度油蚕为伴性遗传 ,基因座位与os油相同 ,即 1- 0 .0。但柘蚕油蚕幼虫皮肤透明度比os油高一些 ,又称之第二伴性油 ,基因记号 :os2 。
Hybridization experiment showed that the trait of low translucent in Zhecan - a local race originating from Yuhang County of Zhejiang Province is of sex-inheritance in nature and it shares the same locus with os (1-0.0). However, since its skin is more translucent than that of os, it is also called the second sex-linked translucent, designated as os 2.
