摘要
通过低剂量辐射免疫兴奋效应的动物模型 ,进一步探讨低剂量X射线全身照射对小鼠松果腺细胞cGMP的影响。采用放免分析法检测 75mGyX射线全身照射后不同时间小鼠松果腺cGMP的时程变化。照射后 4hcGMP含量开始下降 ,12h、18h显著下降 (p <0 .0 1) ,2 4h后开始增高 ,72h显著增高 (p <0 .0 5 )。
In this study, the change of cGMP of pineal gland in mice were observed with low dose radiation(LDR). The time-course changes of cGMP were detected by radioimmunoassay after WBI with 75mGy X rays. It was shown that the levels of cGMP of pineal gland in mice began to decrease and reached its lowest peak at 18h ( p <0.01) after WBI. and began to increase at 24h and reached its highest peak at 72h ( p <0.05) . These results indicated that WBI with LDR could reduce to the cGMP levels of pineal gland cells in mice.
