摘要
本文介绍了采用不同方法处理菌体,分离 RNA.研究结果表明,用8%的食盐浓度,在90℃下搅拌提取3小时,然后调节等电点,沉淀分离,RNA 收得率较佳.
For extracting RNA,various methods were introduced to processing the hyphostromaof spent liquid of MSG production.The results of experiments showed the better way of RNA yielding.Stirring and extra- cting 3 hours of Liguid with 8% of Sodium Chloride density under 90℃, then adjusting the isoelectric point,and precipitating the seperating substances.
