CF-Ⅰ细菌富集铀的研究

摘要 研究了 CF—Ⅰ细菌富集溶液中铀。对铀的最大富集量达360mg/g 干菌以上,在较短时间内可吸附溶液中98%的铀;pH、细胞生长状态、细胞膜表面电位等对其富集铀作用影响较大,pb^(2+)等重金属离子能干扰细胞对铀的富集。电镜及能谱结果表明,富集的铀绝大郭分以四价态存在于 CF-Ⅰ细胞膜表面。 This report demonstrates that CF-Ⅰ cells are able to accumulate Uranium.Results showed that its Uranium uptake capacity was observed in excess of 360mg pergram cells (dry weight);they can adsorpt above 95% Uranium in the solution in a short time.Factors such as pH,cells growth and electrical potential on cell membrane have effects on Uranium accumulations;some of heavy metal ions,for example Pb^(2+),affect Uranium uptake.Studies using electron microscopy and electron spectrum showed that most of Uranium accumulated are on the surface of CF-Ⅰ cells as tetravalency.
