活体牦牛人工培植牛黄与天然牛黄的化学成分比较研究

摘要 本文对培植牦牛黄的外观与性状,主要化学鉴别反应,胆红素含量,胆酸含量,游离和结合胆汁酸及游离胆红素进行了观察分析,并同时与天然耗牛黄及天然黄牛黄作了比较。 In this paper the description and differential reaction of cultural yak-bezoar were observed. The contents of the free and total bilirulin and cholic acid were determined. HPTLC analysis of the free and conjugated bile acids were preformed. The above results were compared with that of natural yak-bezoar and natural ox-bezoar.
