有计划地进行大容量快速轨道交通建设 ,以解决日益严峻的城市交通问题 ,已成为我国各大城市的共识。结合天津市轨道交通线网规划 ,提出天津市轨道交通建设顺序及近期建设重点 。

It is overwhelmingly accepted in China that one solution to the worsening urban traffic problem is to build rail traffic facilities with large capacity and high speed in a planned way. Proposals are made for the sequence of rail traffic construction and the key works to be implemented immediately.
