本文以社会发展史为线索 ,回顾了从农业时代到工业时代直至后工业时代 ,人类在城市规划中有关生态思想、理论及实践的发展历程。通过对这种演变的探讨和分析 ,我们可以了解到人与自然、人与城市之间生态关系的转变过程 ,城市生态理论的不断成熟 ,及其在现代城市规划中发挥重要的理论指导作用。

Taking the history of social development as the clue, this theme looks back from the Agriculture era to the Industry era and to the post-industry era, during which human developed the idea, history and practice of ecology in the field of urban planning. From the study and analysis to the evolution, we could understand the development of ecology relationship between human and nature, or man and city. At the same time, we could know the maturity of the theory of urban ecology and how important role it plays in modern urban planning.
