摘要
本文报导了一种在常温下用稀氨水从油茶饼中提取油茶皂素的方法,并讨论了影响产品颜色的诸因素。粗产品为淡黄色粉末,粗产品的得率大于9.0%,皂素含量为80%。残渣可用作饲料。
This paper describes a procese for the extraction of the saponin from cake of cammellia oleifera abel in ammoniated water at room temperature. The influence factores on colour of this product is discussed.Crude product is a light yellow powder.The yield of crude product is over 9.0% and the content of saponin is 80%.The residue can be used as feeds.
