摘要
以河北省小豆品种资源中 82份代表样本为材料 ,对资源各性状的平均表现、遗传变异、遗传力及预期遗传进度进行了分析。结果表明 :河北省小豆资源生育期类型比较丰富 ,株型偏大 ,产量性状较好 ,子粒大小中等偏上 ;株高、主茎分枝、单株粒重、单株荚数、生育前期、小区产量、百粒重及单荚粒数等性状 ,具有中等以上的遗传变异系数和遗传进度 ,对其选择有一定效果 ;在选择效果明显的性状中 ,生育期、主茎分枝、百粒重遗传力较高 ,可在早代选择 ,小区产量遗传力中等 ,可在遗传基础相对稳定的较高世代选择 ;而株高、单株荚数、单株粒重的遗传力较低 。
typical landraces in Hebei province were selected for the analysis of genetic variability of agronomic traits of adzuki bean, such as means, heritability, genotypic coeffcient of variation( GCV ), and genetic advance (Δ G ),etc. The results showed that the adzuki bean germplasm in Hebei province were rich in the maturity types. They had flourishing vegetative plant, good yield traits, and relatively big grain. The selection of these traits with higher genotypic coeffcient of variation( GCV ) and genetic advance(Δ G ′), such as plant height, branch number of main stem, grain weight per plant, pods per plant, days before flowering, days from flowering to maturity, yield per plant,100 seed weight and grains per pod were available. The heritabilities of growing trait, branch number on main stem and 100 seed weight were high. The selection for these traits could be conducted in the early generations. Correspondingly, the yield per plot with moderate heritibility could be selected in a little higher generation. And the selection for plant height, pods per plant and grain weight per plant should be carried out in higher generation in which the genetic base tends to be pure and stabile.
