摘要
对根际反硝化作用及N2O的释放进行了综述。反硝化过程与N2O的产生及释放有密切的关系。反硝化作用产生的N2O量不仅取决于反硝化速率,而且也取决于那些影响反硝化产物N2O/N2比值的参数。在植物根际这一特殊土壤区域中,反硝化作用受NO-3C及O2的综合影响。豆科作物根瘤是一个特殊的根际系统,根瘤菌的反硝化作用及N2O释放应引起更大的关注。植物根际不仅对反硝化作用产生影响,而且对N2O释放也起了重要的通道作用,特别是对渍水土壤有重要的意义。文章最后指出了一些尚需深入研究的问题。
Progresses on denitrification in rhizosphere and N2O emission were reviewed. N2O is an important intermediate product of soil denitrification. N2O production by denitrification not only depend on factors affecting denitrification rate, but also depend on factors affecting product ratio of N2O/N2. NO-3, C supply and O2 concentration in rhizosphere have complex effect on denitrification. Denitrification by rhizobium should be paid closer attention. N2O dissolved in rhizosphere water will probably be absorbed by plant roots and then released into the atmosphere through plant. Finally, several aspects for further investigation were indicated.
