摘要
本试验旨在探讨黄羽肉种鸡去盲肠对3种非常规蛋白饲料氨基酸消化率的影响。结果表明:正常鸡对棉粕中天冬氨酸(P<0.01)、甘氨酸(P<0.01)、酪氨酸(P<0.05)的真消化率显著高于去盲肠鸡,胱氨酸(尸<0.01)反之;正常鸡对菜粕中(结页)氨酸(P<0.05)、苯丙氨酸(P<0.05)、赖氨酸(P<0.05)真消化率显著高于去盲肠鸡,甘氨酸(P<0.05)反之;正常鸡对禽副粉中脯氨酸(P<0.01)真消化率显著高于去盲肠鸡,天冬氨酸(P<0.01)和赖氨酸(P<0.05)反之;正常鸡对棉粕、菜粕和禽副粉平均真氨基酸消化率都略高于去盲肠鸡,但是差异不显著。去盲肠鸡的内源氨基酸排泄量高于正常鸡,但是差异不显著。
This experiment was conducted to assess the influence of cecectomy on amino acid digestibility of three unconventional protein feedstuffs. Using Chinese yellow-feather broiler breeders. For cotton seed meal, the true digestibility of aspartic acid(P<0. 01), glycine(P <0. 01), and tyrpsine(P<0. 05) was significantly higher in intact birds than cecectomized ones, while on cystine in adverse. For rape seed meal, the true digestibility on valine (P< 0.05), phenylalanine (P < 0. 05) and lysine(P<0. 05) of intact birds was higher than cecectomized ones significantly, while the digestibility of glycine was in adverse. For poultry byproduct meal, the true digestibility of proline was higher in intact birds than in cecectomized ones significantly, while the digestibility of aspartic acid and lysine was in adverse. Intact birds showed a numerically higher value of average true amino acid digestibility than was cecectomized birds for the three unconventional protein feedstuffs. Cecetomized birds excreted more endogenous amino acids than intact birds (P>0. 05).
