山西省新绛县是国家重要的商品粮生产基地之一 ,在当前人口日益增多 ,耕地逐年减少 ,耕地后备资源不足的情况下 ,应用彩红外航空遥感技术开展该区域土地利用现状调查 ,为研究该地区土地资源的合理开发利用具有现实意义。

Xinjiang county in Shanxi province is one of the major production bases of national commodity grain. At present situations that population of China is increasing day by day, and that cultivated land is decreasing year by year and its reserve resources is deficient, it is possessed of real meaning to apply aerial infrared remote sensing technique in surveying of existing land use for studing on exploiting and using land resources retionally in the region.
