摘要
以芹菜、梨、甘草为原料 ,提取汁液 ,采用L9(34 )正交试验 ,选出最佳配方和最佳工艺条件 。
The optimum formulation and processing technology of the functional beverage made from the juice of celery,pear,liquorice which had special taste,abundant nutrition and good for health were investigated.The new processing technology and orthogonal experiment method was employed.
