摘要
接种量对被孢霉的形态和发酵产γ 亚麻酸有明显影响 ,在摇瓶培养时 ,接种量小于 10 5孢子 /ml时 ,菌丝体呈球形 ,大于 10 7孢子 /ml,菌丝体主要呈分散形 ,球形菌丝体单位发酵液菌体干重和γ 亚麻酸产量明显低于分散形。进行发酵罐培养时 。
The morphology of Motierella 332 and γ linolenic acid were markedly affected by the inoculum.For the shake culture,the mycelium was pellet with less than 10 5 spore/ml inoculum,and filamentous growth occurred with above 10 7 spore/ml inoculum.The mycelial dry weight and γ linolenic acid productiveity of the mycelial pellet were lower than filamentous mycelium.The condition of the fermentation tank culture was similar to the shake culture.
