摘要
通过对水冰的研制 ,确定了水冰和水冰粉的配方及水冰复合稳定剂的组合与用量 ,制成组织结构细腻、润滑。
The recipes of water ice and water ice powder were determined by the study of water ice,while we got the components and using dosage of mixed water ice stabilizer. Water ice production has smooth texture and clean mouthfeel.
