Using Electricity from Expansion Engine-Generator Group to Heat Pipelines at Gas-Collecting Station

本文针对目前集气站内管线加热存在的问题,提出改用膨胀机-发电机机组电加热集气站内管线的工艺方法,利用井口压力能发电,用发出的电加热管线。可供设计人员和生产单位技术革新参考。

In accordance with the problems existed in pipeline heating at gas-collecting station at prescnt, this paper proposes a technological method of using electricity from expansion engine-generator group to heat pipelines at gas-collecting station, which applies wellhead pressure energy to generate electricity to heat the pipelines. This technological method gives a reference to designers and technical innovation for production departments.
