摘要
报道了四川莴苣属及近缘属 10种植物核型研究结果 ,其中 6个种染色体数目和核型为首次报道。核型结果为 :莴苣 (Lactucasativa) 8m +8sm (2sat) +2st(sat) ;高大翅果菊 (Pterocypselaelata) 2m +8sm +8st(2sc) ;翅果菊 (Ptero cypselaindica) 6m +10sm +2st(sat) ;多裂翅果菊 (Pterocypselalaciniata) 2m +10sm (4sat) +6st (2sc) ;细梗紫菊 (Noto serisgracilipes) 10m +8sm ;全叶紫菊 (Notoserisguizhouensis) 14m +4sm ;南川紫菊 (Notoserisporphyrolepis) 16m (4sc) +2sm ;三花紫菊 (Notoseristriflora) 10m (2sc) +8sm ;大理细莴苣 (Stenoseristaliensis) 12sm +4st;假福王草 (Paraprenanthessororia) 14m +2sm +2st。属间核型相似 ,为 2A或 3A类型。
This paper reports the chromosome number and karyotypes of 10 species of the genus Lactuca and its allied genera, of which 6 are reported for the first time. Their karyotypes are expressed as 8 m+8 sm(2 sat) + 2 st (sat) for L. sativa, 2 m+8 sm+8 st(2 sc) for Pterocypsela elata , 6 m+10 sm+2 st(sat) for P. indica, 2 m+10 sm(4 sat)+6 st(2 sc) for P. laciniata, 10 m+8 sm for Notoseris gracilipes, 14 m+4 sm for N. guizhouensis, 16 m(4 sc)+2 sm for N. porphyrolepis, 10 m(2 sc)+8 sm for N. triflora, 12 sm+4 st for Stenoseris taliensis, and 14 m+2 sm+2 st for Paraprenanthes sororia.
