Bi系超导多芯带材冷压成形的研究

摘要 在国内首次采用连续冷压成形工艺制备超导多芯带材。介绍了工艺的成形机理、试验装置,着重介绍了压模过渡区对带材超导性能的影响,并优化出过渡区的曲线方程。 In preparation of multi-core strip of super-conduct,continuous cold-press forming has for the first time been used,of which comPared with the traditioal rolling method,critical current Ic of product has increased.Mecha-nism and experimental device of such process have been introduced with emphasis on influence of transition zone on superconduct performance and optimized equation of transi-tlon zone curve.
