摘要
采用氧乙炔焰喷焊法制备 Ni基覆层材料及其加入 WC陶瓷颗粒的复合覆层材料 ,用光学显微镜分析覆层材料的金相组织 ,对覆层材料的浆体冲蚀抗力进行对比研究。结果表明 :不同成分 Ni基覆层材料的抗浆体冲蚀能力接近 ;Ni基合金加入 WC陶瓷颗粒形成的复合覆层材料 Ni WC35的抗浆体冲蚀能力比基体材料有了很大的提高。
Coatings of nickel based and WC/nickel composite was made by flame spray welding.The coatings microstructure was observed with optical microscope.The slurry erosion resistance of the test coatings has been investigated.The results show that the slurry erosion resistance of nickel based coatings is similar.That the slurry erosion resistance of WC/nickel composite coating can increase very much than nickel based coatings.The slurry erosion mechanisms of the test coatings were also discussed.
