摘要
试验研究了奥氏体化温度和锰对锰 -硼抗磨白口铸铁热处理后组织与性能的影响 ,选择了合理的热处理工艺 ,获得了优良的性能 :硬度 5 5~ 6 0 HRC,αK=6 .0~ 8.0 J· cm- 2。80 mm磨球冲击疲劳寿命 (落球试验的跌落次数 )
The influence of austenitizing temperature and manganese on the structure and properties of the wear resistant Mn B white cast iron has been studied through the experiment.The appropriate heat treatment process has been chosen and the exellent properties have been obtained.The rockwell hardness is 55~60 HRC;the impact toughness is 6.0~8.0 J·cm -2 .And the impact fatigue life(dropping times of dropping ball experiment) of φ 80 mm mill ball reaches above 10000 times.
