电渣熔铸9Cr2Mo钢球化退火工艺的研究

Study on the Spheroidized Annealing Process of the Electroslag Melted 9Cr2Mo Steel

用正交设计法研究了电渣熔铸 9Cr2 Mo钢碳化物球化退火工艺。结果表明 :利用高温固溶、沸水淬火、高温回火的调质球化退火工艺可以使 9Cr2 Mo钢获得良好的球化组织。通过对调质球化工艺中各因素对球化效果影响的综合分析 。

The spheroidized annealing processes of the carbides in the electroslag melted 9Cr2Mo steel were investigated by using orthogonal design method.The fine spheroid carbides are observed to homogeneously distribute in the microstructure of 9Cr2Mo steel while the samples were heated to high temperature,followed by quenching into boiling water,then high tempered.We can obtain the optimal spheroidized annealing processes by analyzing all the factors affecting the spheroidized processes of the carbides.
