用覆砂金属型、电炉熔炼、特种球化剂、复合多次孕育、铁液过滤和合金化等措施 ,生产高牌号QT80 0 2铸态球铁曲轴 ,取代锻钢曲轴 ;已在江西五十铃汽车上应用成功。
High strength QT800 2 as cast ductile iron crankshaft was produced by sand lined metal mold. Melting was processed in an electric melter. Melt was treated with special nodularizer, multi inoculation filtering and alloying. The casting from QT800 2 has been successfully used as automobile crankshaft on the Jiangxi 50 Ling automobile model.
