再论计算天然气运距的“顺流周转量分配法”

Re—Review of the“Concurrent Flow Turnaround Quantity Distribution Method”of Calculating Natural Gas Transportation Distance

天然气计价中应按输气运距的长短收取不同的管输费,这是由管输总成本随输气平均运距增加而递增的规律所决定的,也是国家在法规性文件中多次重申的原则。天然气管输运距的正确计算已成为管输费按运距计价的关键。本文完善了计算管输运距的“顺流周转量分配法”,并推证其正确性及实用性。

In the valuation of natural gas,the different pipeline transportation fees must be taken according to the different distance of natural gas transportation,this is decided by the rule of the total rpipeline transportation cost progressively increased with the increase of average transportation distance,and also is the principle restated many times by state in the law and regulation documents. The correct calcula- tion of natural gas pipeline transportation distance has become the key of the valuation of pipeline transportation fees followed the distance. This paper perfects the 'concurrent flow turnaround quantity distribution method'of calulating natural gas pipeline transportation distance and proves its correctness and practicality.
