摘要 本文阐述了将 215.9XHP5-4型钻头置于钢井底并施以大钻压的条件下,运用应变片电测技术,实测牙爪和牙轮壳体表面特定点的应变值,并与相同条件下所得的有限元静力计算结果进行了比较,以检验理论计算的误差。 In this paper,it is described that,under the conditions of placing the bit of type Φ215. 9XHP5- 4 at the steel borehole bottom and bringing maximum weight on bit,the strain values at the particular points on the surface of the cone bit leg and cone shell are actually measured by using the electrically measuring technique with strain gauge,and compared with the calculation result obtained by using fi- nite-element static calculation under the same conditions to verify the error in theoretical calculation.
