某型汽车的定位板 ,材料较硬较厚 ,零件向两个方向弯曲成 90° ,回弹较大。讨论了该零件的冲压工艺方案及正反双向弯曲模具结构。
The material used for oriented plate in certain car model is relatively hard and thick.The rebound force could be quite strong when the part made from it is bent to 90° in both directions.This article discussed the stamping technology analysis and the die structure of this kind of oriented plates.
