Distortion Analysis on Tapered Outer Race Treated in Multi-purpose Furnace

研究了影响多用炉处理全淬透钢圆锥外圈畸变的因素 ,并对淬火后工件的锥度变化进行了分析 ,采用热油淬火和低速搅拌等措施 。

We analyzed the factors affecting the distortion of outer race through test and described the taper change of the outer race after quenching.The distortion of tapered outer race quenched was reduced by hot oil quenching and low speed stirring etc.
