摘要
对枝晶间距不同的CMSX 2单晶高温合金的持久性能及γ′定向粗化行为进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,随着凝固组织细化 ,合金的持久寿命显著提高。其原因在于 ,凝固组织细化明显影响持久变形过程中γ′的定向粗化行为 ,通过提高筏型组织形成的均匀性。
The rupture properties and the directional coarsening of γ′ precipitates in CMSX\|2 single crystal superalloy with different arm spacing have benn investigated. The results show that, the rupture life can be improved remarkably accompanied the refining of the solidified structures. The refining of solidified structures promotes the uniformity, perfect degree and the stability of γ′/γ rafting formation during the rupture deformation process. Therefore, this characteristic leads to the result that the single crystal with superfine structure can have more excellent ability to resist deformation under high temperature and the ability to deform uniformly itself.
