摘要 介绍了改良组合式干法脱硫工艺流程在CO+H_2合成汽油原料气净化过程中的应用情况。催化剂在以工业水煤气为原料气的中试装置上稳定运转了1896h,脱硫效果良好,满足了F-T合成汽油原料气净化的要求。开发的低温羰基硫水解脱硫技术可行,可将水煤气中硫化氢含量100ppm和羰基硫含量80mg/m^3脱至总硫<1mg/m^3。该工艺为工业应用和设计提供了可靠的数据。 The application of a modified dry desulfurization process in purification of syngas from CO+H_2 gasoline is presented in the article. The catalyst has been successfully used in a pilot plant of coal to gasoline for 1896 hours, with a better result of desulfurization, which satisfies the requirement for purification of F-T feed gas to gasoline. The developed low temperature hydrolysis of COS is feasible and the water gas with 100 ppm H_2S and 80 mg/m^3 COS can be desulfurizaed to a total sulfur content less than 1 mg/m^3 The work has provided a set of reliable data for the industrial scaling-up of the process.
