碱赤泥(碱液)化碱是一种新的补碱工艺,适用于各种补入纯碱的氧化铝生产厂。碱赤泥化碱取代碱粉干法输送原料磨头补碱,具有流程简单,碱的飞杨损失小,优化环境,节约人力,提高劳动生产率,降低补碱成本的优点。

A new technology of alkali addition with the outstanding feature that alkaline slurry(i.e.,soda ash dissolved in alkaline liquor or red mud slurry)is used to successfully replace dry soda ash in the conventional process step of raw material preparation for alumina production.The adoption of such a new technology of alkali addition brings about advantages,such as less clouds of soda ash flying up or better envircement ,man-power saving,improved labour productivity,simplified process flowsheet and less soda ash consumption.
