摘要
结合镁合金的压铸特性以及工艺要求 ,分析总结了压铸件结构设计原则。同时 ,从压铸机选择、工艺参数设置、浇注系统设计角度探讨了压铸模设计关键技术。利用计算机数值模拟工具进行镁合金压铸件浇注系统优化设计 ,可以有效保证设计质量。
The design principle for die casting structure was summarized based on die casting characteristics and processing requirement of Mg alloy. The key technologies for die casting die were approached from some aspects of selecting die casting machine, setting processing parameters, designing gating system. The gating system for Mg alloy die casting was optimized through computer numerical simulation to ensure effectively the designed quality.
