摘要
利用透射电镜和高分辨电镜对直径为 0 .15 μm的球形Al2 O3 颗粒增强相及其增强 10 70Al复合材料的界面进行了观察 ,结果表明 :Al2 O3 颗粒是由一些角度相差较小的晶面构成的多面体 ,多面体的各晶面是由密排面沿着密排晶向形成的台阶式结构 ;0 .15 μm的Al2 O3 p/10 70Al复合材料界面结合良好 ,没有发现任何界面反应物 ;由于颗粒的台阶式结构导致铝基体与Al2 O3
The microstructure of 0.15?μm spherical Al 2O 3 particles and the interface of Al 2O 3p /1070Al composites were investigated by TEM and HREM. The results show that Al 2O 3 particles are polyhedrons constructed by planes between which angles are small. And the planes of polyhedrons exhibit stepped structure formed by the closed packed planes along the closed packed direction. The interface between the 1070Al matrix and Al 2O 3 reinforcements is well bonded and free from interfacial reaction products. Because of the stepped structure of Al 2O 3 particles, some preferential crystallographic orientation relationships between aluminum matrix and Al 2O 3 particles were observed.
