摘要
研究了在碳酸丙烯酯(PC)与甲醇合成碳酸二甲酯(DMC)反应蒸馏过程中进料位置、回流比、进料配比、持液量、塔顶和塔底出料量分配等操作因素对塔顶、塔底组成分布及转化率的影响。测定了填料塔沿塔高组分的浓度分布,为反应蒸馏的模型计算提供实验依据。
In the reactive distillation process of the synthesis of dimethyl carbonate by the reaction of propylene carbonate with methanol, the effects of operatiog conditions ,such as reflux ratio, feedratio, holdup,input feed stream position and flowrate distribution of the top and bottom effluents, on the conversion and concentration of the top and bottom products were investigated. The concertration distributon of components along the height of the column was determined. Our studies have provided an experimental basis for the simulated calculation of reactive distillation.
