摘要
目的 探讨符合糖尿病患者系统化健康教育模式。方法 采用随机抽样方法将 10 0例糖尿病患者分为对照组和实验组 ,对实验组进行一年系统化健康教育干预 ,并对干预有效性进行评价。结果 实验组对糖尿病基本知识掌握程度、自我监控、遵医行为和糖代谢较对照组有显著差异。结论 建立院内外系统化健康教育服务 ,对提高糖尿病患者自我保健意识 ,建立良好的遵医服药和自我监控行为 ,减少重复住院率有着十分重要的意义。
Objective To investigate the proper pattern of systematic health education for patients with diabetes mellitus Methods One hundred patients with diabetes mellitus were randomly and equally divided into two groups: experimantal group to which systematic health education on diabetes mellitus was given for one year and control group On the admission day, on the discharge day, and one yaer after discharge, questionnaire survey was conducted thrice to investigate the knowledge rate and compliance behavior of the patients, the patients were asked to demonstrate insulin injection and blood sugar and urine sugar testing so as to observe their self care and self surveillance behaviors, body weight was taken, and the dietary behavior was observed Results The knowledge rate was 36 0% and 34 0% in the expermental group and control group respectively on the admission day, and was 98 0% in the experimental group and 38 0% in the control group one year later (P<0 01) The rate of mastering insulin injjection was 2 0% in both group on the very admission day, and was 66 0% and 16 0% in experimental group and control group respectively one year after discharge (P<0 01) The rate of mastering blood and urine sugar surveillance techniques was 6 0% and 8 0% in experimental group and control group on addmission day, and was 66/0% and 14 0% in experimental group and control group respectively one year later (P<0 01) The difference in comliance behavior was significant after health education between these two groups (P<0 01) Conclusion Systematic health education is significantly effective in rasing the self care awareness, improving compliance behaviors, and reducing the readmission rate<
