摘要
报道了在Pd(acac)_2-pph_3-C_2H_5OH均相催化体系上一氧化碳偶联合成草酸二乙酯的研究结果。实验结果表明,在60℃、CO压力3.0MPa、pph_3/Pd(acac)_2mol比为3∶1及Pd(acac)_2浓度为0.100g的条件下,Pd(acac)_2络合催化剂具有较高的反应活性和选择性。温度、压力变化对副产物碳酸二乙酯的活性影响不大。最后,对反应机理进行初步探讨。
Under the mild conditions,the effects of reaction temperature,pressure and different pph_3/Pd(acac )_2 ratios on the synthesis of diethyl oxalate by CO-coupling over Pd (acac)_2—complex catalyst were studied. The catalytic activity and selectivity of Pd (acac)_2—complex catalyst were satisfactory for the synthesis of diethyl oxalate. According to the above results, a possible reaction mechanism was proposed.
