Based on the investigation to the collection of sci-tech journals in the international library circle, this paper compares and evaluates the JCR(Journal Citation Reports)and collecting rate, analyzes the reasons influencing the subscription of high quality journals, and points out that electronic journals will exert their influence on the traditional acquisitions.
