Z204和Z205二段转化催化剂在UHDE-AMV氨厂的使用总结

摘要 将国产Z204、Z205两种二段转化催化剂成功地用于UHDE-AMV合成氨工艺,在国内属首例。经20个月的运行证明,在全装置生产负荷达100%的情况下,对它们园满地进行了生产性能考核,达到了二段转化的各项指标要求,甲烷转化率达94.5%(高于设计值),出口温度951℃,明显低于985℃的设计值,催化剂活性优良。 It is the first successful example to use the home-made Z204 and Z205 secondary reforming catalysts in a Uhde-AMV ammonia unit. The operation practice of twenty months has proved that these two catalysts have satisfactorily passed the test for productive performance under the condition of full load and met requirements for various targets of secondary reforming. The methane conversion is 94. 5% (i. e. higher than design value);the exit temperature is 951℃,obviously lower than the design figure of 985℃ ;thd activity of catalysts is excellent.
