摘要
企业治理状态不仅取决于人们事先优化的设想 ,而且取决于企业行为人的权力竞争力。本文分析了不同企业行为人的权力竞争力的决定因子和积极性因子 ,给出了它们的权力竞争力函数关系式和权力竞争力系数函数关系式。剖析了企业权力分割可能出现的权力失衡情况 ,并提出了权力制衡的制度设计。
Enterprise governance state not only depend on the prior optimum design, but depend more on enterprise player's power competence. In this article, we analyzed the power competence's determination factor and the enthusiasm factors of various enterprise players. Then, it illustrated the function equation of power competence and the function equation of power competence coefficient. Finally, it dissected the power disequilibrium which may caused by enterprise power segmentation and put forward an institution design of power competence and equilibrium.
