论述了速溶茶生产中HACCP的应用和为保证产品质量对生产流程中的各道工艺进行危害分析与有效的监控
The application of HACCP in the production of instant tea and the implementation of hazard analysis and effective supervision/control in each process of production flow with a view of guaranteeing the quality of products are described in the paper.
