老年肺癌病人的外科治疗

目的 探讨高龄肺癌的外科治疗体会。方法 回顾性研究30例70岁以上老年肺癌的临床资料和治疗情况。结果 术前ECG异常20例 (66.7% ) ,肺功能异常18例 (60% )。手术切除28例 (93.3% )。术后心肺并发症36.7%。死亡率3.33 %。1、3、5年生存率分别为75 %、39.3 %、28.6%。结论 高龄不应是手术禁忌症 ,加强围手术期管理 ,采取适当的手术方式 。

Objective To explore experience of surgical treatment of carcinoma of lung of gerontal patients. Methods Retrospective study the clinical data and the therapeutic efficacy of 30 cases of carcinoma of lung of gerontal patients more than 70 years old. Result 20 of 30 cases(66.7%) had abnomal ECG(electrocardio-gram) preoperative.18 cases had abnomal pulmonary function. Excision of 28 cases(93.3%) were performed. The rate of postoperative complication of heart-lung was 36.7%,the mortality was 3.33%,the survival rates of one year,two years and three years were respectively 75%,39.3% and 28.6%.Conclusion Gerontism shouldn't be contraindication of operation.If we intensived pevi-operative care,adopted the proper operation program, that the survival rate of carcinoma of lung of gerontal patients would be improved.
