血小板参数在特发性血小板减少性紫癜诊断中的临床价值

Clinical Value of Platelet Parameters in Diagnosis of Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura

目的 探讨血小板参数在特发性血小板减少性紫癜诊断中的临床价值。方法 用血细胞分析仪测定 2 0例ITP患者治疗前后的 PL T、MPV、P CT和 PDW。结果 治疗前 PL T减少 ,MPV明显增加 ,PCT降低 ,PDW增加 ;治疗后 PL T上升 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,MPV明显减少 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,PCT增加 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,PDW减少 (P<0 .0 1) ;MPV与 PL T呈负相关 (P<0 .0 0 1)。

Objective To study the clinical value of platelet parameters in diagnosis of idiopathic thrombocytopenic prupura.Methods Venous blood was drawn from 20 patients with ITP before and after treatment, then platelet counter, mean platelet volume, platelecrit and platelet distribution width were examined with Beckman Coulter Gens System.Results Before the treatment PLT and PCT were decreased, while MPV and PDW increased ;after the treatment PLT and PCT were increased significantly(P< 0.001 for both),while MPV and PDW reduced significantly(P< 0.001 and P<0.01 respectively).MPV negatively correlated with PLT(P< 0.001) and PCT positively correlated with PLT(P< 0.001) .Conclusion The changes of platelet parameters before and after treatment had important clinical value in diagnosis of ITP.
