青光眼术后眼压失控原因研究

Causal Study of Losing Control of Postoperative Intraocular Pressure in Patients with Glaucoma

目的 探讨青光眼术后眼压失控的原因。方法 对 4 1例 (42眼 )青光眼手术后眼压失控病例进行回顾性分析。结果 本组 4 1例青光眼术后眼压失控原因分别为术前诊断及术式选择失误 (2 9.3% )、手术操作失误 (31.7% )、术后葡萄膜炎症 (17.1% )、滤过泡纤维增生囊化 (2 1.9% )。结论 提高术前诊断符合率及合理选择青光眼术式 ,熟练掌握手术操作技巧、预防术后葡萄膜炎症。

Objective To investigate the causes of losing control of postoperative intraocular pressure in patients with glaucoma.Methods 41 cases (42 eyes) of losing control of postoperative intraocular pressure were retrospectively analysed.Results The causes of losing control of postoperative intraocular pressure in patients with glaucoma in 41 cases fell into 4 types:preoperative misdiagnoses and wrong type of operations chosen (29.3%),wrong operative manipulation (31.7%),postoperative uveitis (17.1%),cystic proliferation of follicular fiber (21.9%).Conclusion Improved preoperative diagnosis,reasonable operative type, skillful manipulation were the key factors to avoid or reduce the losing control of postoperative intraocular pressure in patients with glaucoma.
